Lottie Dodds is a Pilates Foundation Matwork instructor teaching in Sheringham, High Kelling and Blickling in North Norfolk, in The Stables Pilates Studio at the Global Clinic, Colney, and also in central Norwich. She teaches a range of classes from Beginners to Intermediate and also offers one to one lessons geared to the individual’s needs. These can be taught in the client’s home.
